Xiaomi and Dixon have plans to expand their partnership for mobile manufacturing and invest in component manufacturing in India. A proposed initiative was discussed by the two companies in a meeting with the Minister of State for IT, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, earlier this week. Xiaomi has already partnered with electronics manufacturer Optiemus to produce wireless audio products in India.
